When you submit a location access request through this site, we collect the information you provide: production name, contact details, project type, location requirements, and any additional context included in your brief.

When a property owner submits an inquiry, we collect contact details and a description of the property, including any location details the owner chooses to provide. We do not publish submitted property information through any public-facing surface of this site.

The site's analytics and abuse-prevention services may process standard technical information such as pages visited, browser type, IP-derived region, and challenge data.

Information submitted through the request form is used to evaluate and respond to access requests, coordinate relevant location or property conversations, operate the intake process, and protect the site from abuse.

Property owner contact details are used only to manage the representation relationship and to share relevant production opportunities with the owner's approval.

Aggregate analytics data is used to understand how this site is used and to improve it. Information may be processed by service providers that operate the form backend, analytics, hosting, and abuse-prevention systems.

Submissions through the Request Access form are sent to Reset's configured Supabase edge-function endpoint and stored in the corresponding intake database for review. The form also uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent automated abuse.

The form endpoint, Turnstile, site hosting, and analytics are operated by service providers that process data under their own terms and privacy policies.

Reset Locations does not publish, display, or make searchable the addresses of any property owner or represented location through this site. Property addresses are considered private information and are shared only directly, and only with specific productions, following owner approval.

This commitment is structural, not incidental — the site is designed so that no property can be identified by address through any public-facing page.

In production, this site uses Vercel Analytics to collect aggregate usage data such as pages visited, referrers, browser type, and coarse conversion events (for example, that a request form was submitted). The site's analytics code does not include form contents, names, email addresses, or phone numbers in conversion-event payloads. This policy may be updated as the site and its services evolve. Material changes will be noted with a revised effective date. Continued use of the site following a policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
