This site is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate location access inquiries between productions and Reset Locations. By using this site you agree to these terms.

You may not use this site for any unlawful purpose, to misrepresent your identity or production, or to attempt to obtain property owner information through any means not intended by this site.

Submitting a request through this site does not guarantee access to any location. Reset Locations evaluates all requests and makes introductions at its sole discretion. Acceptance of a request brief is not a contract or a commitment to provide access.

Location access is subject to owner approval, property availability, timing, and other factors outside Reset's control. Reset Locations makes no representations regarding the availability, suitability, or terms of any specific location.

Reset Locations introduces productions to property owners and coordinates the access process between them. Reset is not the legal agent of any property owner or any production, and does not act on their behalf in a legal capacity.

Reset Locations is not a real estate broker, real estate agent, insurer, or production manager, and does not lease, sublease, license, own, operate, or control any property. Reset does not provide legal, insurance, permitting, or production advice.

When Reset describes a property as “represented,” that means Reset has a business relationship with the owner and can approach them on a production's behalf. It does not mean Reset can commit the owner to any access, dates, price, or terms. Only the owner can do that, in a signed agreement of their own.

Any agreement for the use of a property is made between the production and the property owner. Reset is not a party to that agreement unless Reset signs it, and Reset is not responsible for either party's performance under it — including a decision by an owner to decline, withdraw, delay, or renegotiate at any point before that agreement is signed.

Information about specific properties, owners, and represented locations shared by Reset Locations in response to a request is confidential. It may not be shared with third parties, published, or used for any purpose other than evaluating the specific access request for which it was shared.

Property addresses, owner names, and specific location details communicated by Reset Locations remain confidential and are not licensed for reuse.

The identity of a property, its owner, and the fact that it may be available are confidential and are disclosed for the purpose of the specific request for which Reset shared them.

For twelve months following an introduction, a production that learns of a property or owner through Reset agrees not to negotiate, contract, or arrange use of that property directly or through another intermediary, for that production or a related one, without Reset's involvement. The same applies to an owner introduced to a production through Reset.

Arranging use of a property outside Reset after an introduction does not extinguish Reset's right to the compensation it would have earned on that engagement. That amount is Reset's standard fee for the engagement, calculated as it would have been had the engagement proceeded through Reset, and is payable by the party that arranged the use.

If you submit a property to Reset Locations, you keep ownership of the photos and information you send. You give Reset Locations permission to use them for the purpose you sent them: reviewing your property, describing it accurately in our private records, and showing it privately to productions considering your space.

Your photos are not published on this website, on social media, or anywhere public. They are seen by Reset Locations staff and by specific productions evaluating a location, and they may be processed by automated tools we use to describe your property and match it to production requests.

You confirm that you own the property or are authorised to offer it, and that you have the right to share the photos you submit. You can ask us to stop using or to delete your photos at any time by writing to hello@resetlocations.com.

All content on this site — including text, layout, design, and data — is owned by or licensed to Reset Locations. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from site content without written permission.

The Reset Locations name, wordmark, and logo are proprietary marks of Reset Locations. Use of these marks without permission is prohibited.

This site may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes. Reset Locations does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reset Locations is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site, from reliance on information provided through it, or from any introduction, coordination, or access process Reset facilitates.

This includes — without limitation — damages arising from the acts or omissions of a property owner or a production, from a property becoming unavailable, from an owner declining or delaying an agreement, or from schedule changes, production delay, lost production days, or lost profits connected to any of the above.

Where liability cannot be excluded, Reset Locations' total liability arising out of or relating to any engagement is limited to the fees actually received by Reset for that engagement.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Reset Locations and its officers, employees, and contractors from any third-party claims, liabilities, damages, and reasonable costs arising out of your use of a property, your production activity, your failure to obtain required permits or insurance, your breach of these terms, or your acts or omissions in connection with an introduction made by Reset.

Productions are responsible for obtaining and maintaining their own general liability insurance and any other coverage appropriate to the activity, and for obtaining every permit, approval, and clearance a shoot requires. Reset Locations does not provide insurance and is not responsible for a production's coverage or permitting.

Where a property owner or Reset requires evidence of coverage, a certificate of insurance must be provided before access, naming the parties identified in the applicable agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or to any introduction, coordination, or access process facilitated by Reset Locations shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and the parties consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
